How Do I Place An Order?

Click on the "SHOP" tab, or click here to browse! Once your cart is filled up and you check out, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details!

Your cookies will be shipped on the Tuesday after your order is placed. 

When Will My Order Arrive?

For now, orders will only be shipped on Monday - Wednesday. This is to ensure that your treats won't sit in a shipping facility over the weekend! Most local orders will arrive one day after it is shipped! 

 

Since we are not the couriers, we can not guarantee a specific delivery date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes tracking details so you can track your package via USPS. If you are local and you need cookies for a specific date, it is best to place an order through the contact page. 

Can I reheat my Cookies when I get them?

YES!! In fact, we encourage it!

Our cookies are baked fresh and shipped, but typically they arrive a day old. We suggest reheating them in a 350* oven for 3-5 minutes (or until warm), OR reheat them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds! This will give them the "fresh out of the oven" taste. 

 

  Any cookies that you won't eat within 2 days can go in the freezer until you're ready to eat them. Simply leave them at room temp for 30 minutes to thaw before you eat them.

Why are your *GF Cookies labeled "Gluten Friendly" instead of "Gluten-Free"?

"Gluten-Free" goods are made in a facility that is 100% gluten-free.

"Gluten Friendly" goods are made with gluten-free ingredients, but they are prepared in a facility that makes gluten-filled products.

This means there could be trace amounts of gluten in your Gluten Friendly treats.

Contain Nuts?

The Gluten Friendly Salted Peanut Butter Cookies contain peanuts. 

The seasonal Half Baked Walnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies contain walnuts.

Since all of our treats are made in the same facility, there may be trace amounts of cross-contamination. We do our best to prevent this, but please note that we are not an allergen-free bakery.

Do you accept returns?

Since everything we ship is perishable, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please contact us via email (info@gentlewhiskbakery.com) and let us know! We will do whatever we can to help! Thanks!
